Christmas Dining Room

Merry Christmas Y’all!

I wanted to share our Dining room with y’all for inspiration! We actually switched our dining room and living room about 2 months ago. Our house was built in 1959 and when we bought our home, I loved how every room could be any room. Take a look:

A fireplace in the dining room seems super cozy. I also love decorating a fireplace for Christmas.

The built-ins are now more properly outfitted with dishes. It seems more fitting for a dining room.

No judgement here… I don’t polish my antique silver tea service. I prefer the vintage patina. And I have three toddlers.

Don’t forget a kid’s table! Especially if your dining table is super decorated this year. I find that setting my kids up at their little table with books and crafts, helps keep all spaces contained while waiting for guests to arrive.
